8 Feb - NBUC is pleased to receive the visit of researchers from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) to discuss the 'Short Term Study on Research, Development, Commercialization, and Innovation' in an effort to empower Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Sabah to meet the needs industry.
Discussions covered various aspects including improving the curriculum, improving student skills, as well as expanding innovation programs to meet current industry needs. This study will bring continuous benefits for human capital development and Sabah's economic growth.
NBUC expressed its gratitude to the researchers from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) for their visit and hopes that the collaboration that has been forged will produce a positive impact for the future of TVET education in Sabah.
