YABHG. TOH PUAN DATUK SERI PANGLIMA (DR) HAJAH NORLIDAH BINTI TAN SRI DATUK R.M JASNI
YABhg. Toh Puan Datuk Seri Panglima (DR) Hajah Norlidah Binti Tan Sri Datuk RM Jasni, wife of the 10th Sabah State Governor, Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Dr. Haji Juhar Bin Haji Mahiruddin. She was born on November 20th, 1962 at Kampung Surapit, Papar, Sabah. Her father, Tan Sri Datuk RM Jasni, is a former politician, local leader, also a well-known writer. Meanwhile, YABhg. Toh Puan’s mother, Puan Sri Hajah Samsiah Ag. Puteh is a former teacher.
YABhg. Toh Puan started her career with Land and Surveying Department, Kota Kinabalu District in 1980. After one year, in 1981, she was transferred to Magistrate Court, Sandakan District. It was in the same year that she met and married YABhg. Tun Dr. Haji Juhar who at the time served as a magistrate in Magistrate Court, Sandakan District.
YABhg. Toh Puan is actively involved in Non-Government Organization (NGO) especially through her involvement in Badan Kebajikan Islam Sabah (BAKISA). YABhg. Toh Puan served BAKISA Committee Member for 7 years; from 2003 until 2010. She involved in many activities and programs to help the disabled children, in women development activities as well in religious activities.
After her husband was appointed as the Sabah Governor, YABhg. Toh Puan has been appointed as the patron for BAKISA. She has also been appointed as a Patron for Yayasan Nur Jauhar and several NGOs and charity bodies.
YABhg. Toh Puan received an Honorary Doctorate in Social Science from North Borneo University College, Sabah and was appointed as the University’s Chancellor in October 2016. YABhg. Toh Puan and YABhg. Tun Dr. Juhar is blessed with four children; two sons and two daughters.

PROFESSOR DATUK SR DR MOHAIZI BIN MOHAMAD, PGDK,FRISM,FMBGA,FMCA,MAALS
Prof Datuk Sr Dr Mohaizi Mohamad, has been consulting on GeoIntelligent Strategic Planning for Government Organisation for 16 years with hand-on experience in the field of GIS, GPS, Geomatics, Land Administration, ICT & Multimedia and Strategic Management.
He started his career as an assistant director in the department of Surveying and Mapping Malaysia in 1981. He was involves in many government agencies such as Centre for Malaysian Remote Sensing Public Department (JKR). Malaysian Centre for Geospatial Data Intrastructure (MaCGPI) was to revitalize ‘sick’ division based on innovative thinking and growth strategic.
Having served for 20 years with the Government of Malaysia and has accumulated vast experience in the field of GIS, GPS, Geomatic, Soft System, Business Process Reengineering and ISP to make organisation more profitable, dynamic and visionary.He has structured the Dept of Survey and Mapping under few restructuring exercises to be more competitive in the market place. He is a master of change or innovation in workplace especially to respond rapidly to a profound level of change targeted by the clients.
He founded Geomatika Technology Sdn Bhd and later Geomatika College International in the context to explore opportunities as consultatnts in GIS, GPS, Geomatic,SDI, Land Administration, ICT and Multimedia and Strategic Management Sectors especially on the reorganization of high profile Government Department with define concept of management skills are more important than technology. The commercial knowledge on geospatial was then utilised by the University College.
He developed latest technology on mobile GPS, GIS, SDI, GNSS, VRS, GPS Fleet Management, Lidar, Laser Scanning, etc. He has patented a Biotechnology System and products which are then commercialised.

PROFESSOR DR FRED CHIN YUK FONG, ASDK
Prof. Dr. Fred is a Chartered Engineer of Engineering Council of United Kingdom, serves as Chairperson of Malaysia Region for Society of Operations Engineers, UK. He was also the former President of the Institute of Commercial & Industrial Accountants, Malaysia and former Ambassador of Institute of Public Accountants, Australia.
He held professional memberships internationally which among them are fellows of the Association of International Accountants, UK, Institute of Public Accountants Australia and Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
In the academic field, Prof. Chin graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree and subsequently continuing to obtain his Doctor of Business Administration from the EU Business School, Switzerland. In addition, he has completed his Post-doctoral research with the Department of Continuing Education, University of Oxford.
In 2001, Prof. Dr. Fred founded the Pine Academy Group International, which consists of multiple higher education institutions. He successfully led a private college to achieve 5-star MyQuest ratings in 2016/2017. Besides higher education management in Malaysia, he is also supervising more than 10 learning centres in the Asian region with a total enrolment of 1,200 students (ranging from Foundation to PhD programs) and dealing with over 4,000 alumni.
In addition, Prof. Chin serves as an advisor on various government boards and committees; currently, he is the private secretary and advisor to YAM Tengku Dato’ Muhammad Ibni Almarhum Sultan Sir Abu Bakar, Negeri Pahang Darul Makmur. He is also an advisor to Hong Kong Institution of Transport and Logistics Management and Geri-Paediatric Health Care Association, both in Hong Kong.
